I mean - as an English teacher & college professor, who the HELL was I to grow a business?

No experience. No business school. Screw "theories" - I learned business in real life, from the inside out!

Don't get me wrong: I made ALL the mistakes. Had too many 70-hour weeks. Felt confused & overwhelmed.

But it's how I mastered the systems, marketing, communications, & time management needed to run my first business - a fitness studio.

Eventually, that business was running ME & I burned out...a little dead inside.

I thought, "I never want another woman to feel as lost as I have for the past 4 years."
