Why You Can Stop Listening to Logic

It took Katy Jeremko SIX YEARS to make her dream come true…

While she was waiting for that to happen, she…

  • worked at NASA.
  • traveled all over the world.
  • collaborated on BIG, IMPORTANT programs.

But none of that was what she really wanted.

Meet Katy - a product designer in her 20s who’s gone beyond other people’s expectations and is now DESIGNING her own life.

MAN, did I learn a lot of good lessons from her in our interview!

  1. It’s Not Always About You

No matter how good we are, we all worry “What if no one WANTS my stuff?! What if no one buys what I have to offer?”

In the valley of failure, it’s logical to feel incapable & take everything personally.

To cope, Katy cultivates empathy for the person on the other side of her service. She explores why they might be making the decisions they’re making.

She realized their decisions are NOT about her. It’s about them, their fear, or their need.

Don’t take up residence with your own ego when you’re in a valley!

  1. Listen to Your Unhappiness.

As is normal for an entrepreneur, Katy’s career path hasn’t been a straight line.

On her path, she had to NOTICE when something felt “off”:

In her “amazing” job, she felt resistance, eventually noticing she wasn’t waking up with excitement.

She wasn’t living her “true life” - eating junk food - stressed out - annoyed & irritated. And even though it was logical to stay…
the little things were adding up - and she felt out of alignment & a little complacent.

When she stopped listening to logic & tapped into what was making her unhappy, realized she needed to take the leap & go back to entrepreneurship.

  1. Freedom Is in Your INTENTION

She worried & worried & worried - and when she DECIDED to stop worrying - and go after what she wanted [even though it was scary and not necessarily logical] the ease came back to her!

She started building her life intentionally. And since Katy’s passion is IMPACT…she’s mindful of how fast time goes.

So now she just DECIDES to DO THE THING.

Katy’s not “reactive”. She’s highly intentional, thinking things through in a way that’s purposeful. Quite PROACTIVELY.

Katy’s designing her life - and what she’s doing, YOU could do.

Her intentionality is incredible - and it allows her to get a LOT more done.

She’s not letting the world pull her around.

I wish I’d known what Katy knows at 20-something when I was there. I’m so inspired by her words.

Listen to my podcast interview with Katy & find out HOW she uses very specific tools to help her design her life…and run her successful business!

Katy has STOPPED life from HAPPENING TO HER!

  • What type of person do you want to be?
  • What type of experiences do you want to have?
  • What type of impact do you want to make?

You can have what Katy has. You just have to take the time to answer these questions!

She’s highly present, acts in accordance with her ideals, and is in alignment with her higher self.

Are you doing any of that?

She uses tools to help her creativity & presence, include journaling, self-reflection, and mindfulness.

Are you using any helpful tools?

If you’re not doing the work, you’re just WANTING. Wanting doesn’t get you where you want to go.

Intentionality does.

Implementation does.

This podcast will help you help your brain be powerful so that you can be a better entrepreneur - and person!

Finding peace as an entrepreneur is vital - managing mindset is a key to a successful business.

Claim who you are. Know what you want. Put the stake in the ground. Identify yourself.

Once you do that, then people will come to you. Find your people; you’re then focusing and that creates movement.

Stop worrying about all the places you aren’t going or the people you aren’t helping.

Find Katy here & see the impact she’s having in the world with her vision!

Then CHOOSE, DECIDE, & watch YOUR success roll in.
