How To Create More Time Every Day
Today, I have a question for you.
Have you ever said that you wanted something?
Like, really wanted it, but somehow you've never made it happen?
I mean, I bet you wake up in the morning thinking about this thing. It's also likely you go to bed shooting all over yourself because you didn't do anything about it today. If you've ever done this, guess what?
You're human, and you're in very good company.
My clients and I struggle with exactly this problem, and I call it cheating on ourselves. Why do I care if you're cheating on yourself? Well, I really want you to understand, this isn't a moral code thing. I don't care if you cheated on yourself if it didn't make you feel so absolutely shitty about yourself. But it does.
It makes you judge yourself a lot. And it's pervasive. It's not just like this happens to us sometimes. I mean, it permeates our entire lives and we judge ourselves because we cheat on ourselves. We say we want one thing, but we don't ever make it happen.
Why is this such a problem?
Well, cheating on ourselves keeps us stuck. Why can't you create it? Well, the number one reason that my clients don't take action, "I don't have time".
And it's true.
You're probably crazy busy.
I bet you have a lot of shit going on in your life. And your to-do list is a mile long and you can't get to it all. This is not because you're lazy, or disorganized.
In this episode, I'll walk you through one of my client's biggest challenges when it comes to time and how you can start creating space to work on your goals every day. It seems impossible, but I promise you I'll be giving you the tools to help you conquer your task lists and get closer to making your goals achievements.
